Pink Rabbit Plushie

Yes I know I was going to make a ferret next! The pattern is all sketched out and I want to start on him soon, but I wanted to make another rabbit to try and sort out the nose problem that I had with the first one, and to try using a different material. Again, she's all hand-sewn and she's about 5 inches tall. My neighbour gave me some old buttons and ribbon that she no longer wants, so I've tied a bit around her neck too.

Hare Plushie

Using the same material from the jumper that I made my newest dragon with I decided to have a go at making a rabbit. I used the same pattern as the fox but change it slightly. I really should have sketched more profiles of rabbits to use in the pattern before I rushed into making the toy though. His head turned out to be very fawn-like. His nose is too long, but the triangular felt shape I've sewn on the tip hopefully makes it recognisable enough for this critter to be the bunny I intended.

Handmade Hearts

With so much scrappy bits and pieces of yarn and fabric, lonely buttons, lace and broken necklace beads cluttering up the crafty corner of our miniscule flat, I thought I'd try putting these things to good use. A heart shaped decoration seemed appropriate as Valentine's Day is on the horizon. I suppose these little stuffed hearts would make pretty nifty things to put on a wrapped gift.

New Dragon From an Old Jumper

I had a lot of spare time on Sunday, so I thought I'd make another dragon with the intention of maybe trying to sell it, but I don't think I can. I like this fella too much!

Embroidery Projects

I thought I'd share some new embroidery designs. These are new at Bunnycup, cute little princesses...

And these little guys are part of a pirate set, but they are still being stitched out.
